Requirements

Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code).
Current ACLS, ENPC, NIHSS, TNCC certifications required.
Minimum of 2+ years recent experience as an ED RN in a hospital setting.
Trauma level I experience required.
Strong ability to use independent, critical judgment in all aspects of patient care delivery.
Competency in current emergency room evidence-based practices such as trauma, sepsis & stroke care protocols as well as familiarity with conditions such as severe lacerations or burns, sports injuries, allergic reactions, and work-related injuries.
