• Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient experience as a NICU RN (most recent experience within the last year).
• APRNs who apply must have recent bedside experience under RN scope of practice.
• Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care.
• Strong familiarity with managing ventilators, managing CPAP/BIPAP and incubators, assisting during fetal intubation, and midline and central line placement.
