This is a long term opportunity for a local and dependable respiratory therapist. Shifts are 8 hours and often 3pm-11:30pm and/or 11pm-7:30am.

• Must hold either a Certified Respiratory Therapy or Registered Respiratory Therapy license within the State of practice.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an inpatient Respiratory Therapist (most recent experience within the last year).
• Able to provide basic and advanced respiratory services including: medication administration, arterial puncture, breathing exercises, initiation, monitoring and discontinuation of oxygen therapy.
• Must be competent working with common inpatient respiratory equipment including mechanical ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, and nebulizers.
• Knowledgeable of code protocols and participates in the Code Blue and Rapid Responses.
• Experience setting up and managing Nitrous Oxide is strongly preferred.
